“And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. Allah named you 'Muslims' before [in previous scriptures] and in this [Quran], so that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people.”
وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ ۚ وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَن يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا
“And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the prescribed period is three months, and for those who have not yet menstruated as well. As for those who are pregnant, their period ends with delivery. And whosoever fears Allah, He will make his matter easy for him.”
